Terms of Service

EasySitePlan generates plot plans from public records — county parcel data, recorded plats, aerial imagery, city GIS layers, and FEMA flood maps. Plans are prepared for permit-application use by the property owner or their contractor.

Not a survey

Our plans are not boundary surveys and are not sealed by a licensed surveyor or engineer. Public records contain errors and mapping tolerances; the person who submits the plan is responsible for verifying dimensions and site conditions — which is exactly why the editor shows you every measurement before you pay.

Your responsibility

You confirm the plan reflects actual site conditions before submitting it. Jurisdictions set their own requirements and may request changes or reject any applicant-drawn plan.

Guarantee & refunds

Re-edits and re-exports of a purchased plan are free, forever. If your jurisdiction rejects the plan for something our eligibility check should have caught — for example, we sold you a plan where a sealed survey was required — we refund the purchase in full. Contact us by replying to your receipt.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar. We store your email and order history; card details never touch our servers.
